1. Return Policy

Quality Issues (Within 100 Days)

We offer a 100-day quality guarantee for all our products. If your item has an inherent quality issue (excluding damage caused by mishandling), you can return it within 100 days of receiving the product. Bambzen will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the product is available in stock, we will prioritize sending you a new, quality-guaranteed replacement item.
• If the same product is not available, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount.

To initiate a return for a quality issue, customers must:

• Submit a return request within 100 days of receiving the product.
• Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect.

Non-Quality Issues (Within 100 Days)

We accept returns for non-quality-related reasons within 100 days, but the following conditions apply:

• The product must show no obvious signs of use. You must provide clear photos or videos to prove that the product has not been used.
• Customers are responsible for all return costs, including shipping fees and any payment gateway fees associated with the return transaction.
• If the return is requested after 30 days, we require customers to submit a valid government-issued ID to verify that the return is not fraudulent or malicious. This measure helps prevent fraudulent return activities.

2. Exchange Policy

Quality Issues

Exchanges for quality issues are accepted within 100 days. Bambzen will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.

Non-Quality Issues

Exchanges for non-quality-related reasons are also accepted within 100 days. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of sending and returning the item.

3. Return and Exchange Process

Initiating a Request

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] within the specified timeframe (100 days for both quality and non-quality issues). Please include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos or videos showing the product’s condition (for quality issues or to confirm the item is unused for non-quality issues).

Confirmation

Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with return/exchange instructions and the return address.

Shipping

• Please pack the item securely using protective packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
• Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the returned item:

• Refunds: We will process your refund within 3 business days. Please note that if there are shipping fees or payment gateway charges involved, they will be deducted from the refund.
• Exchanges: We will promptly ship the replacement product once the returned item is received.

4. Shipping Delays and Compensation

If the promised delivery date exceeds 3 days, customers are eligible for:

• Compensation: 10% of the product price for delays over 3 days.
• Full Refund: For delays exceeding 10 days, a vollständige Erstattung can be requested via email.
