Exactly what I expected, very good!
The customer service was pretty good. The first one I bought didn’t have much flexibility because of the design, but after talking to customer service, I swapped it for another one. It worked perfectly—looks great and stays in place. Really happy with it!

Styling tip: If you're an average-sized girl, you don’t need to get the smaller size. I have fine, thin hair, so I specifically bought a smaller one. Even just twisting the top part of my hair felt tight, and I had to really push it in when inserting the hairpin. But it’s very secure—won’t fall out while shopping or eating!
The hairpin is super cute, the design is on point, and the craftsmanship is straight fire! Each bamboo piece is detailed and gives it this awesome layered look. It’s light, easy to style, and looks gorgeous. Definitely a 5-star vibe, I'm totally happy with it. If the maker could just smooth out the bamboo pieces a little more at the beginning, it’d be straight-up perfect!
