Shipping Times
We select the most appropriate shipping method to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times are as follows:

• United States, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Australia Estimated delivery: 4-6 business days
• United Kingdom Estimated delivery: 3-4 business days
• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days
• Other regions Estimated delivery: 6-8 business days

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the total amount.

Customs and Duties
All customs duties and taxes are covered by Bambzen, so you will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.

Compensation for Delays
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated delivery time by:

• 3 or more days: We will offer a 10% refund of the product price.
• 10 or more days: We will issue a full refund for the product.
